The first exam week is over now. Some examination irregularities have been reported all over the country where some principals, supervisors, invigilators and students have been blamed.
This shows that to some extent the Ministry of Education is not keen to reduce these matters.
Proof of this are invigilators and even school headmasters caught distributing papers through their mobile phones.
The Ministry of Education, headed by Professor George Magoha, has finally given new instructions on the timing of the exam.
The timing of the exam has been increased from 6:00 am to 6:30 am. “To say that the test is leaked means that the papers were exposed before leaving the container and we know that is not true.
We came out five years before that. What happened is an earlier exposure”. Professor George Magoha said.
