The salary scale increases points for grades C4, C5, D1 and D4 range from three to seven points.
The increased pay scale for grades D2 and D3 is from two points to seven points. The loan will be paid this month.
According to the TSC, teachers of grades B5, C1, C2, C3 and D5 will not receive a salary increase under the 2017-2021 CBA.
TSC is of the opinion that teachers’ salaries cannot be increased because they have reached the maximum compensation level.
CBA has reached the maximum salary level allowed to bind grades B5, C1, C2, C3 and D5 until the end of the 2017-2021 cycle,” he said.
