The following is a list of documents that instructors will bring to their recruitment interviews. The requirement has been split into two parts: one for intern primary and the other for intern secondary.
PRIMARY INTERN TEACHERS MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
Original and legible photocopies of the following documents, as well as other relevant documents, must be presented by applicants:
a) National identification card; b) National identification card; c) National identification card;
ii) A teacher’s certificate of registration;
PTE Certificate (iii);
iv) KCSE or comparable certifications (including certificates for attempts if retaking examinations);
v) KCPE certificate or similar (include certificates for attempted exams if retaking exams);
vi) Proof of payment for the KNEC Statement of Results Confirmation (where applicable);
v) KCPE certificate or similar (include certificates for attempted exams if retaking exams);
vi) Proof of payment for the KNEC Statement of Results Confirmation (where applicable);
vii) Certificates of completion of primary and secondary school, as well as other required documents.
viii) Card issued by the National Council of Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) (if applicable);
ix) Sworn Affidavit if the names on the submitted documents are different;
*DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR INTERN TEACHERS IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS*
Applicants must bring the originals and clear copies of the following papers when invited for an interview:-
a) National identification card; b) National identification card; c) National identification card;
iii) Official transcripts and diploma/degree certificate
iv) KCSE or comparable certifications (including certificates for attempts if retaking examinations);
v) KCPE certificate or similar (include certificates for attempted exams if retaking exams);
vi) Certificates of completion of primary and secondary school, as well as other required documents;
vii) Card from the National Council of Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) (where applicable);
viii) Sworn Affidavit if the names on the provided documents do not match;
ix) Proof of payment for the KNEC Statement of Results Confirmation (where applicable);
