TSC has transferred and promoted a number of principals and deputy principals in the latest reorganization exercise by the Teachers Service Commission.
In the handing over and receiving list prepared by Taita Taveta, TSC District Director Dr. Esther Njiru, Patrick Wambua of Mbele Secondary School in Voi sub-county took over the leadership of Voi Boys Secondary School in Voi Sub-District from Gilbert Karisa. He was replaced by Luka Kota Mghenyi.
Marylyn Mwadomu, who was transferred from Mwakiwiwi High School in Taita sub-county, is now the new principal of Olops School in Voi, taking over from Grace Lesilale, while Mark Attandi took over Mrabenyi High School in Mwatate sub-county from Joseph Ndalo.
Still in Mwatate sub-county, Christopher Boli is the new principal of Mwanga High School after taking over from Mary Wanjohi, while Antony Mutinda took over from Mwasaga Janji at Mwanyambo High School.
Dennis Wambua Kimoja, who transferred from Kajungunyi High School in Taita, took over from Mercy Katana at Munda High School while Mombo David took over from Martha Katana at Mzwanenyi High School.
Elpina Chao has handed over to Geoffrey Mbura at Mwangoji High School after being transferred from PJ Mwangola School in Taita sub-county, while Caroly Mwashimba is the new Zare High School principal after taking over from Antony Mutinda who moved to Mwanyambo High School.
In Taita sub-county, Difence Mwalugha took over from Mburu at PJ Mwangola School as the new principal as Mwakitele Maygladys hand over the leadership of Mdondonyi secondary school to Mwazuna Mwakio while Marylyn Mwadomu who was transferred to Olops School in Voi handed over the instrument of power to Emily Sau as the new principal.
Kimoja Denis Wambua who has now headed to Munda High School in Mwatata has handed over the leadership of Kajungunyi Okowa High School to Thadeus Ochienga as Graffin Mwagesha who is now heading to Mghalu High School in Taveta is handing over to Douglas Mkong who was transferred from Chala High School.
On the other hand, Grace Lesilale is the new principal of Bishop Njenga High School in Taveta taking over from David Muteti while Douglas Mkongo who was transferred to Mghalu High School in the same county handed over to Graffin Mwagesha who was transferred. from Mghalu High School.
KUPPET Taita Taveta Executive Secretary Ismael Omoke commended the TSC for supporting the Vice Principals and called on the Commission to continue the same to the teachers who have been stagnant in one task force for long.
