The sad news is that 2021 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) candidates will not be joining public universities in the wake of this latest news.
2021 KCSE candidates are currently preparing themselves to join higher education institutions, a large number of 2021 KCSE students have not received university admission grades this year, so some are now going to join TVET institutions and other middle level colleges.
The Ministry of Education is fully committed to ensuring that all 28 2021 KCSE students are placed in higher education institutions where they can build their careers.
However sad news because following this latest news 2021 KCSE candidates will not join public universities.
According to reliable sources, out of 831,015 KCSE candidates in 2021, only 145,145 will be enrolled in public universities across the country. This is a small number compared to the number of students appearing for the 2021 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination in this country.
