The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) requires that all teachers practicing in all public schools must file and submit their TPAD every session.
Several mistakes have been identified by the Commission during the filing. Some areas where mistakes have been identified are very sensitive.
The following are sensitive areas that all teachers must check in order to present successfully.
1. Record of the progress of the learners. It turns out that some teachers make progress records of the learners. The mean and rubric they present are completely different from the actual tally. This is against teacher code of conduct and code of conduct.
2. Text Appearance. This part should be filled out by the deputy headmaster using the records of the class governors (prefects). , The text attendance record should be updated at the end of each week. Most teachers always submit and do it at the end of the term.
3. Assigning duty. TPAD is one of those tools that should never be delegated. All teachers should strive to be computer literate to handle their TPAD alone. If you must delegate, supervise it very closely to avoid unnecessary errors. You will be responsible for all errors in your TPAD.
4. Logging in. At the beginning of each term, all teachers are expected to log into their TPAD account and log in ‘on duty’. Most teachers fail to do so only to log on to duty at the end of the term.
5. Not meeting the deadline. The deadline for submitting the assessment is always set by the Teachers Service Commission. Some teachers are always kicked out of deadline. This is a violation of the code of conduct.
