TSC has written to KUCCPS with the following main proposal for Bachelor of Education degree.
1. The course will be of five and a half years.
-First 4 years teacher trainee should cover material in his / her specialty area
– 5th year teacher trainee will take vocational course.
– Teaching practice will be for two terms (6 months) – This will be after 5th year.
2. A student seeking a degree must have the following minimum qualifications as per TSC.
A. In the subject of education at B-KCSE
B. C plane in English and Mathematics.

While these proposals are awaiting approval by universities, those of us who are parents and / or in charge with the responsibility of guiding the career choices of our sons and daughters should be especially careful about the minimum admission requirements.
Because after graduation and at the stage of getting employment will proceed in this way to avoid disappointment.
