As a result, the commission has announced mass teacher recruitment and simplified standards for other instructors in this exercise.
TSC CEO Nancy Macharia revealed in a press conference in Mombasa that the government approved the registration procedure following a major migration of non-local teachers from Kenya’s north eastern area.
Dr. Macharia went on to say that the teacher’s employer is dedicated to working with communities and leaders in the area to recruit and train instructors.
TSC’s CEO, on the other hand, underlined that professionals from all regions were welcome to apply.
“It is true, non-local staff does not prefer working in North Eastern due to security-related difficulties,” she said in a statement.
