The Independent Electorally and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is an Independent regulatory agency which was founded in 2011 by the Constitution of Kenya.

State the duties and responsibilities of a polling clerk;Marking layout to voters, issuing ballot papers, training of Officials and verification of voters.
