Following the recently advertsed jobs in Kenya, IEBC jobs a head of August general elections,here is the breakdown for various sections.
IEBC Presiding Officers Requirements
✓ One must be a Kenyan citizen, and non-partisan;
✓ Must hold a Degree/Diploma certificate from a recognized institution;
✓ Be computer literate;
✓ Must have effective communication;
✓ Be able to have good report writing skills;
✓ Have the ability to manage people, sensitive data and materials;
✓ Must have skills in data computation.
✓ Must be available for the entire period of the General Election;
✓ Should be a person of high integrity and abide with the Commission’s Code of Conduct;
✓ Must be residents in the Constituency or Ward in which they apply for.
Their expected Wages
All Presiding Officers will be paid Kshs. 2000/= per day.
The deputy Presiding Officers will be paid Ksh. 1,800/= per day.
